In the quietness of the night and in the stillness of the morning, we pray that you quieten the noise and clatter that is within and without. we invite you to enter the Lord’s stillness. Take time to read and meditate on the Word of God as you seek stillness and rest in God’s presence. Do not allow exhaustion from physical labor and toiling steal your peace. Allow you body to take a rest as you also still your mind. Remember that taming the mind is like taming a wild tiger! You must be purposeful! You must be intentional. As you listen to praise and worship music for the next several hours, coming to you live through KWR, speak you your mind and spirit to be quite before the Lord.

In the secret of his presence, Know and believe, you are restored!
